Terms & Conditions
Age, Height, Weight, Health & Legal Restrictions
All shooting activities are restricted to those 18 years of age and above as per our terms & conditions (unless prior agreement has been made) and are subject to the conditions of section 21 of the 1968 Firearms Act. Despite you informing us that you are in apparent good physical and mental health, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to deny you the target sports activities if we think appropriate for whatever reason. We reserve the right to prevent you participating in your activities/experience if we consider that you are unfit to take part for reasons of health, or under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Alcohol and Drugs are strictly forbidden and must not be taken to the venue. We are not responsible and the target shooting experiences and target sport events are not refundable where these restrictions have been breached or misrepresented.
Safety
We consider all our target shooting experiences and target sport events involve some personal risk. As part of our terms & conditions, we will require you to sign a disclaimer before we will allow you to take part. On all target sports activities, our professional instructors assess a participant’s ability to take part. We reserve the right to refuse any person from participating in any sessions should we deem it necessary. Whilst we consider this very unlikely to be enforced, this rule is for safety purposes only. We kindly ask you to respect that our professional instructors’ decisions are final and in your best interests.
Insurance
We consider all our target shooting experiences and target sport events involve some personal risk. Some insurance policies specifically exclude certain events. Please ensure you are adequately covered.
Weather
We reserve the right to cancel any target shooting experiences and target sport events due to adverse weather conditions that may affect your safety. We cannot be held liable for any costs incurred in this circumstance. In the event of snow, ice, fog, or heavy rain, the event may be cancelled or restricted. We will try to inform you, where possible, but should you be affected, we will re-book another day or part of the activities/experience not completed. No refunds will be given.
Equipment Breakdown
If on the day of the target shooting experiences and target sport events our equipment suffers from technical or mechanical breakdown or is unable to be used for reasons outside our control, we will endeavour to provide a substitute; however, should your target sports activities be substantially reduced due to these issues, Lead and Feathers will endeavour to arrange an alternative date for you to complete any missing element of the activities/experience. Lead and Feathers will not cover any travel and/or accommodation costs.
Changes to Confirmed Bookings
If you need to change your date once you have booked your experience, please contact us. We are unable to change booked activities/experiences less than 48 hours prior to an event.
Failure to Attend
If you fail to attend your booked event, your entire target sports experience will be forfeited. We cannot be held responsible for traffic delays or any other circumstance beyond our control. No refund will be issued.
Description and Prices
All descriptions, illustrations and website images are used to represent the general idea of the activities/experiences and shall not form part of the contract. All information, prices and claims are correct at the time of going to press. We reserve the right to amend the information or price relating to the product without notice. VAT is not charged on any product.
Complaints
The easiest way to resolve complaints is to address them on the day with the Event Manager. Our staff will endeavour to put things right immediately. If your complaint cannot be resolved locally, please inform us of any issues you may have relating to any of the elements of your target sports activities by writing to our parent company: The Managing Director, Lead and Feathers, Oaklands Outdoor Pursuit Centre, Ditchford Bank Road, Hanbury, Worcestershire, B60 4HS.

By making a booking for any target sports activities/experience you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
